In this pivotal role, you'll bring your A-game, deep knowledge, and sharp skills to ensure their clients successfully secure their visas. You'll also play a crucial part in shaping their innovative technology platform by providing invaluable insights to our Product Team.
What You’ll Do
You'll spend the majority of your time (80-90%) on expert Case Management:

Advise clients on complex visa pathways, eligibility criteria, and strategic approaches.

Lead and support initial consultations with prospective clients.

Manage a diverse caseload of visa applications, meticulously ensuring compliance with Australian immigration laws and striving for an exceptional success rate.

Review and submit visa and sponsorship applications.

Liaise effectively with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of our clients.
The remaining time will be dedicated to strategic initiatives and product development:

Collaborate closely with the Operations and Product Teams to streamline and scale processes.

Drive the development of internal policies, educational resources, and best practices.

Contribute to marketing efforts, including engaging webinars, insightful articles, and community engagement initiatives.
- Provide critical input to the Product Team on the technology platform, leveraging your hands-on experience as an RMA to enhance its functionality and user experience.
About you:
- Active MARA Registration and 2-5 years of post-registration experience.
- Extensive and proven success in submitting Partner Visas and Employer Sponsored applications.
- A strong track record of successful visa applications, with a minimal refusal rate.
- An innovative mindset, eager to embrace new ways of working.
- Tech-literate and adaptable, comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools such as Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and Airtable.
- A fervent commitment to client advocacy and the highest service standards- great client outcomes always come first.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive, capable of managing multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex legal concepts with clarity and empathy.
- A natural problem-solver, adept at setting priorities and managing casework independently.
- Strong time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and key performance indicators.
