💰 Salary: $140k–$160k + super (depending on experience)
Looking for a role where your code actually ends up in the hands of real users - not just in Jira tickets or long-term “roadmaps”? We’re working with a founder-led Australian product company that designs and builds globally distributed tools used by creators, makers, and media teams every day.
They’re scaling their in-house software capability and looking for a strong mid–senior engineer to join their team. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to be hands-on across mobile, native, and delivery layers, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams - think product, embedded, and hardware - all under one roof.
🧠What you’ll be doing:

Working on an iOS-to-Android app port, but with plenty of space to contribute across platforms

Using C++ and native integrations where performance matters

Helping the team ship cleaner releases, faster - and freeing up leadership from day-to-day bottlenecks

Contributing to a growing in-house team as the company brings more development onshore
✅ What they’re looking for:

4+ years’ experience as a software engineer (not just mobile-focused)

Comfortable with Android and/or iOS, plus C++ or low-level/native development

Strong engineering fundamentals and debugging skills
-
Hands-on, flexible, and eager to jump in where needed

Bonus: an interest in hardware and embedded systems
