Senior Data & Analytics Manager - Lead Data with Purpose & Scale

The data analytics and engineering function is deeply embedded across the business — from operations to product, marketing and customer. Their mission is to drive a data-first culture by building trusted data products, delivering proactive insights, and owning key performance metrics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll lead a team of five (3x Data Analysts, 2x Data Engineers) while staying hands-on — helping execute a high-impact roadmap including:

Data migration projects and rollout of a new AWS-based architecture

Working with manufacturing teams to pull data from production lines and measure performance

Partnering with marketing, customer, and product teams to deliver reporting and insights

Bringing rigour to data products, reporting, dashboarding, and data access

Hiring and mentoring as the team grows

Championing data literacy across a fast-moving, cross-functional business
What we are looking for:
You could come from a D2C, eCommerce, or digital brand background — with deep understanding of customer data, marketing, and experimentation. Or you might bring hardware (IoT data) or manufacturing/supply chain experience — someone who loves pulling operational data and finding ways to optimise the physical world.
Either way, you:

Have experience across data analytics and data engineering with strong hands on skills in AWS (S3, Glue, Athena), Snowflake, Python or R, SQL, dbt, Airflow

Are confident leading small teams across analytics and data engineering project delivery

Comfortable in ambiguity. Skilled at connecting dots across finance, marketing, ops, and manufacturing.

Know when to build vs. buy, and how to weigh cost, scale, and speed

Are emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and curious
