Head of Partnerships – Global Fintech
- Identify enterprise partnerships for a growing fintech
- Manage end to end partner lifecycle and drive commercial outcomes
- Circa $180k - $200k plus super and uncapped bonus

What you’ll do:

Identify and create partner opportunities targeting specific partner verticals.

Develop customer journeys that align with partner ecosystems.

Manage partner go-live, ensuring a smooth onboarding and activation of end customers.

Ensure the team are nurturing existing accounts while you identify cross-sell opportunities and additional avenues for revenue generation.

Craft playbooks and commercial models.

Drive, coach and mentor the sales performance of the partnerships team.
What we’re looking for:

Extensive, proven partnerships experience gained from within fintech, banking or consulting sectors across the full partner lifecycle from identification through to contractual negotiations, onboarding and activation.

Strong commercial acumen.

The ability to identify, structure and close complex deals.

A track record of managing large, complex B2B deals across the full customer lifecycle, and the proof points in delivering results.

Confidence engaging C-Suite stakeholders and influencing decision-making.

Deep knowledge of international payment flows and/or foreign exchange markets.

Expertise in guiding clients through API integrations.

A passion for cross functional collaboration.

An appetite for driving new product development and amplifying customer support services.
