In this newly created role, you'll work seamlessly with the Content Manager to create content for multiple platforms that is optimised and delivers cut through across audience segments internally and externally.

As a natural storyteller and someone that loves to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time through the right channel, you'll focus on:

  • Creating original content for articles, blogs, videos, and digital channels.
  • Provide valuable input into content strategy frameworks.
  • Implement seamless processes for content creation and management.
  • Proactively introduce new formats, tech and methods for storytelling to keep content fresh, relevant and fit for purpose and platform.
  • Collaborate with digital and data teams to optimise content performance and deliver seamless UX.
  • Leverage data and insights to ensure continuous improvement of content performance.
