Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day finance operations across multiple functions, including financial reporting, commercial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Own month-end and year-end close, audit preparation, and ensure a smooth delivery of external reporting and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee a mix of onshore (Senior Accountant, Graduate Accountant) and offshore (AP, AR, Assistant Accountant) resources, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.

  • Drive improvements in financial systems and processes using SAP (ERP), Netstock (inventory), and Focus (reporting).

  • Support and influence decision-making by enhancing commercial reporting and partnering across sales, eCommerce, marketing, and supply chain teams.

  • Contribute to ongoing business transformation projects, including AI-driven financial insights and R&D initiatives.

  • Identify and implement financial process optimisation strategies, and contribute to long-term scalability of finance operations.
