What You’ll Do
- Generate Opportunities: Research prospects, cold call, and engage via email and social media to uncover new business leads.
- Qualify Leads: Understand customer needs to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Set Appointments: Arrange meetings with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives (AEs).
- Maintain CRM: Accurately track and manage leads in Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Learn & Collaborate: Build product expertise and work closely with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1–2 years in outbound business development, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
- Skills: Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and outreach platforms. Familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or BANT is a plus.
- Drive: Enthusiastic about cold calling, adaptable to fast-changing environments, and eager to learn.
