- 7+ years of end-to-end software implementation Project Management
- 4+ years Portfolio / Program Management
- MUST HAVE Client Facing experience from a Software Vendor, Consulting or System Integrator
- MUST HAVE experience building high-performance delivery teams with Humanistic-Encouraging style leadership
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, ideally PMP
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- General Insurance
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or Scrum Master
