Are you a digital storyteller who knows how to turn browsers into buyers? We’re looking for a Digital Content Producer to help bring our customer-facing websites to life through engaging, high-performing content that informs, converts, and delivers great user experiences.

Join a well-established, purpose-driven business that supports Australians with everyday financial and lifestyle services. In this role, you’ll be the content lead across multiple digital platforms—working closely with marketing, design, and development teams to deliver website content that’s not only beautiful, but also strategic and impactful.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimising the digital customer journey and supporting lead generation through content excellence.

 What You’ll Do

  • Create, publish, and maintain high-quality website content across customer and partner-facing sites.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure engaging, accessible, and responsive pages.
  • Apply SEO best practices and monitor site analytics to continuously improve content performance.
  • Manage regular updates—landing pages, blogs, product descriptions, multimedia content—and maintain brand consistency throughout.
  • Stay on top of digital content trends, customer behaviour insights, and content design best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience producing website content - ideally in service-based or highly regulated industries.
  • Confident with CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely, WordPress, Sitecore, Squarespace).
  • A strong grasp of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Solid understanding of basic HTML/CSS and responsive design.

Sound like you? Apply now and help shape the digital experience of a business that truly puts people first.
