What’s the Role?
As our Sales Operations Associate, you’ll:

Work alongside the Head of Growth to support the operations of Regional and Partner Success Managers.

Develop tools and processes using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides to improve operational efficiency.

Maintain CRM hygiene and own the management of Pipedrive.

Assist in market-specific outreach strategies and research to drive business growth.

Support Partner Success Managers during peak periods to ensure seamless operations.

Execute in-depth market research to identify key customer characteristics.

Operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or related fields.

1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or operations.

Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and strong numeracy skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Operations).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for education finance and a strong desire to learn.
