What’s the Role?

As our Sales Operations Associate, you’ll:

  • Work alongside the Head of Growth to support the operations of Regional and Partner Success Managers.

  • Develop tools and processes using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides to improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and own the management of Pipedrive.

  • Assist in market-specific outreach strategies and research to drive business growth.

  • Support Partner Success Managers during peak periods to ensure seamless operations.

  • Execute in-depth market research to identify key customer characteristics.

  • Operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or related fields.

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or operations.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and strong numeracy skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Operations).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for education finance and a strong desire to learn.
