Your Role: Shape the Future as CPTO

As the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), you’ll lead the transformation of their technology into a next-gen, data-driven product. You’ll define and execute the product roadmap, spearhead the commercialisation strategy, and oversee a high-performing team of engineers and product specialists. Your leadership will ensure their solutions stay ahead of industry needs while unlocking new capabilities and revenue streams.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and execute the product roadmap, turning surveillance technology into a scalable, insight-driven product

• Lead market research and customer engagement to refine product-market fit and customer value

• Oversee the development of a secure, compliant tech stack with a focus on SaaS, machine learning, and embedded systems

• Inspire and manage a team of 8-12 engineers and product specialists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence

• Drive advancements in AI, machine learning, and IoT, unlocking new capabilities and expanding product offerings

• Expertise in SaaS software, hardware development (electronics/embedded systems), and machine learning

• Proven experience in leading product development and commercialisation strategies

• A strong track record of managing and inspiring high-performing, cross-functional teams
