Are you ready to shape the future of shopper insights and drive transformative strategies for major suppliers and retailers across ANZ? As a Senior Insights Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in sculpting the landscape of shopper behavior, leveraging your commercial acumen, project leadership and actionable insights to drive client success, growth and retention.

Going beyond consumer research they enable clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of real-life shopper behaviors  based on thoughts, preferences, and actions. Uniquely they provide tailored comparisons of clients' category and brand performance within the broader retail landscape. 

This is a newly created role where you will work directly with the client director in a team of highly skilled research and insights specialists. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Strategic partner and trusted advisor to existing clients understanding their unique business needs, presenting insights and solutions that align with their goals, and negotiating effectively.

  • Lead projects by taking briefs, establishing clear goals, timelines, and milestones for success.

  • Dive deep into shopper behavior and category analysis providing valuable insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Identify commercial opportunities for growth and retention within key accounts. 

About you:

  • Experienced insights and strategy professional coming from a research agency specialising in areas such as shopper behavior/category management/consumer/marketing

  • Exceptional client service consulting and advisory skills

  • Ability to translate data into a compelling story that influences and engages diverse audiences 

  • Experience presenting insights to clients at a senior management level

  • Proven track record of identifying commercial opportunities that has resulted in maintaining and growing revenue 

  • Excellent relationship building, time management and organisational skills.
