Your Role and Impact:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 1 or higher support roles.
  • Demonstrated proactive support for Windows desktops, with exposure to server environments and Active Directory.
  • Experience as a team member in a call center-based environment.
  • Proficient in the delivery of Managed Services solutions.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft desktop operating systems, with demonstrable expertise.
  • Knowledgeable in networking concepts and server application functionalities.
  • Robust understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
