Shape the growth strategy for a leading consultancy firm operating across the built environment.

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives across major infrastructure, property and construction sectors
  • Partner directly with senior leadership and key client teams
  • Blend of strategy, market intelligence, client engagement and business development

This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of business development, market strategy and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with senior leadership, sector leads and national teams, you’ll help shape and execute growth initiatives that strengthen market presence and unlock new opportunities across key sectors.

The role suits someone commercially minded, strategically curious and highly relationship-driven who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute sector and client growth strategies
  • Analyse market trends, client activity and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, account reviews and pursuit workshops
  • Support key pursuits, positioning strategies and business development initiatives
  • Drive collaboration across marketing, bids, research and client teams
  • Strengthen client engagement and support strategic relationship management
  • Coordinate participation in industry events and networking opportunities
  • Leverage CRM and market intelligence data to provide actionable commercial insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic business development, growth or client engagement experience from professional services, infrastructure, property, construction or related sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to translate market insights into practical growth strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally across senior leadership, marketing and client teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency and confidence using data to drive decision making
