Since Chat GPT came out everyone wants a Data Scientist on the team.
In reality fewer than 5% of Data (or AI) projects ever make it to production.

- A commercial background in Data Science / Data Engineering (5+ years)
- Practical application of Data Technologies such as Spark
- An ability to translate technical concepts into language that normal people understand
- Consulting / Financial services domain experience
