This is a hands-on, hybrid UX and UI role, suited to a designer who wants to work across the full product lifecycle from research, ideation, prototyping, testing and delivery. You’ll play a key part in shaping the user experience of a growing B2B SaaS platform that’s transforming a traditionally complex process into something intuitive and effortless.

You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit product and engineering team to design platform features that adhere to established principles and extend the design system, while also working directly with clients and testing with real users.

There is an existing small but mighty design team in place so there's plenty of scope for ownership, creative problem-solving and innovation. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across a broad design space, this is your next move.

You’ll:

Design and deliver end-to-end experiences for a B2B SaaS product.
Conduct user research and translate insights into elegant, practical solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life.
Collaborate closely with engineering and client teams to bring your designs to production.
Support client projects with customised, branded design assets.
Continuously look for ways to improve our processes, products and design system.

You bring:

Solid product design experience (not just websites - actual digital products and systems).
A portfolio showcasing strong visual, interaction, and UX design across web applications.
Experience designing B2B or complex multi-user platforms.
Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of responsive design principles.
The ability to collaborate across time zones (Australia + Europe).
A mindset of curiosity, creativity and continual improvement.

We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and commercially-minded Head of Marketing to lead a sizeable, diverse, high performing team ensuring every initiative is anchored in data-driven insights and delivers measurable outcomes. This pivotal role will shape and execute our customer acquisition and growth strategy, with the ultimate goal of driving ROI and amplifying brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a marketing strategy to accelerate acquisition and strengthen brand equity.
Lead integrated performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, SEO, and programmatic.
Drive marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to boost lifecycle value.
Own and optimise a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget.
Analyse customer and campaign data to inform decision-making, optimise ROI, and deliver on KPIs.
Oversee PR, media relations, and brand storytelling to enhance market visibility and credibility.
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

About You

Senior hands-on marketing leadership experience, ideally in high-growth B2C, start-up, or scale-up environments.
Proven track record in customer acquisition, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and digital channels.
Commercially savvy with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Curious, resourceful, and comfortable testing new ideas—including practical applications of AI.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
