  • Act as a trusted advisor for complex API, security, compliance, and ecosystem-related challenges

  • Monitor ecosystem activity to identify risks, undesirable behaviours, and emerging trends

  • Drive remediation activities with partners and ensure adherence to platform standards

  • Lead strategic governance projects from concept through to delivery

  • Collaborate with Product, Security, Risk, Legal, and Engineering teams to continuously improve governance frameworks

  • Mentor and support other analysts across the team

  • Influence senior internal and external stakeholders to drive positive ecosystem outcomes

What We're Looking For

We're open to a variety of backgrounds, but you'll likely bring experience from one or more of the following areas:

You'll also bring:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving outcomes through influence

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with SQL or data analysis experience highly regarded

Why This Role?

  • Influence the future direction of a global technology ecosystem

  • Work with some of the most innovative software companies and developers in the market

  • Operate at the intersection of Product, Security, Risk, and Partnerships

  • Drive meaningful impact by protecting customer trust and platform integrity

  • Join a collaborative, high-performing team that values autonomy, innovation, and continuous improvement
