Industrial SaaS | Mining, Utilities & Infrastructure Technology

We are partnering with a global industrial software business to appoint a senior commercial leader to drive growth across the APAC region.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands how to scale enterprise software businesses within mining, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, and other asset-intensive industries. The business is part of a larger technology group and has built a well-established reputation globally across engineering information management, asset lifecycle management, and operational technology software.

The APAC region has become a significant focus for the business, with an established customer base across mining, energy, utilities, and infrastructure, and genuine momentum in the market.

The role will lead the regional commercial function across:

• The region's enterprise sales along with customer growth & retention of their reputable client base. 
• Take ownership of the strategic account expansion and working with the team on how to evolve their service
• Work with the executive leadership team to drive commercial execution and forecasting
• Lead a commercial GTM team

You’ll inherit a solid foundation, strong customers, mature products, and an established team, whilst also having the opportunity to shape the next phase of growth across the region.

They’re looking for a commercially credible leader who can:

• Be comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments and building trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Able to balance strategic growth with operational discipline, driving both retention and expansion across key accounts
• Brings structure, visibility, and consistency to forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial execution
• Enjoys leading teams, developing commercial capability, and building a strong performance culture across the region

The ideal background will likely come from enterprise SaaS or industrial technology businesses operating across mining, utilities, engineering, infrastructure, or related sectors.
