The graduate programme has been running successfully since 2015 and has built a strong reputation in market, attracting high-calibre talent and delivering a highly regarded graduate experience. But the environment has changed. AI is reshaping the nature of junior work, capability needs are evolving, and the business is rethinking how early careers talent fits into the future workforce.
This newly created role will establish and lead the strategic direction for the Junior Talent Programme across Product & Technology.
You’ll work closely with TX, PX and senior Product & Technology leaders to redesign and evolve the programme for the future - ensuring it aligns to workforce planning, future capability needs and long-term business strategy.
Your Remit
Programme Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Define the future direction of the Junior Talent Programme
- Partner with Product & Technology leaders to understand future workforce and capability needs
- Review programme structure, scale and future location strategy
- Help shape how junior talent works alongside AI and automation
- Support roadmap planning for future graduate programmes
Programme Design & Delivery
- Lead the design and evolution of graduate and early careers programmes
- Establish consistent onboarding and team placement experiences
- Build strong programme structure, engagement and graduate community experiences
- Develop and track programme success measures and performance metrics
- Ensure programmes continue to align with business and workforce needs
Stakeholder Engagement & Talent Partnership
- Partner closely with TX on attraction strategy, university engagement and selection processes
- Work across Product, Engineering, Security, Data and PX stakeholder groups
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Support leaders in understanding where junior talent best fits within future team structures
What sets you up for success
- Experience in Talent Acquisition for Technical roles, People Experience, or Early Careers management within the technology sector is essential
- Strong degree of technical acumen and understanding of SDLC environments
- Experience working within technology or SaaS organisations and understanding how Product & Technology teams operate day to day
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability across technical and senior leadership groups
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving and globally distributed environments
- Strong programme and project management capability
- Curious and forward-thinking, particularly around AI, workforce planning and the future of junior talent
About You
- You have worked within a technology or SaaS business and understand how Product & Technology organisations operate. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, building relationships across complex stakeholder groups and balancing strategic thinking with programme delivery.
- You’re interested in the future of work, how AI is reshaping junior talent and how organisations continue to build strong early careers pathways in rapidly evolving technical environments.
