As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to deliver to growth initiatives focused on ecosystem adoption, channel partnerships and customer acquisition.

You’ll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving adoption across a large partner network and influencing senior stakeholders across product, GTM, partnerships and marketing functions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute ecosystem growth marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives
  • Drive awareness, acquisition and adoption initiatives across SMB and advisor/customer audiences
  • Lead integrated, full-funnel campaigns across digital, content, partnerships, events and owned channels
  • Build and optimise growth programs focused on customer acquisition, cross-sell and partner engagement
  • Analyse customer, behavioural and performance data to identify opportunities and optimise activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, partnerships, digital, regional GTM and leadership teams
  • Manage and optimise multichannel marketing budgets and campaign ROI
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels through insight-led recommendations and strategic thinking
  • Champion a test-and-learn growth mindset across marketing initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Experience across growth marketing, digital marketing or ecosystem/platform marketing
  • Proven experience building and executing integrated growth strategies in fast-paced environments; exposure to large global or matrix-style businesses will be a huge plus
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition, funnel optimisation and customer growth strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting data, insights and performance metrics
  • Experience working across complex cross-functional environments
  • SaaS, platform, marketplace or high-growth technology experience highly regarded
  • Experience across partnership/channel marketing advantageous
