Head of Operations | Sydney
We’re working with a purpose-led business in the tech space to hire a Head of Operations to join their leadership team in Sydney.
The company has grown significantly over the past few years and has a clear ambition to support 1 million people over time.
They’re now looking for a Head of Operations to build on the strong foundations already in place and help scale the function through the next stage of growth.
The role will involve:
- Leading a ~40 person operations team, with responsibility across customer experience, operational delivery and processing
- Driving automation and operational improvements to increase efficiency as the business continues to grow
- Working closely with Product, Technology and Growth teams to improve the customer journey and operational performance
- Owning key operational metrics including NPS, utilisation, completion and cost-to-serve
This isn’t a turnaround situation, the team is performing well. The focus is on scaling what’s already working in a high-growth, founder-led environment.
We’re keen to speak with operators who have experience leading teams in technology-enabled or platform-style businesses, and who enjoy building systems, processes and teams that can scale.
