About the Role

You’ll step into a high-impact Technical Lead position - part of a collaborative engineering leadership team that’s modernising core systems, embedding observability, and driving the next wave of platform capability across multiple retail banners.

• Tech stack: .NET (backend), Next.js (frontend), AWS + EDD (cloud).

• Scope: Multiple UIs (internal, partner, and customer-facing).

• Split: ~30-40% hands-on coding | ~60-70% leadership and team direction.

• You’ll work alongside another Tech Lead, partnering across squads to shape standards, lift delivery quality, and guide technical strategy.

This is a business transitioning from “delivery mode” to a true product-led, iterative engineering culture - where you’ll help set the tone for how teams work, communicate, and deliver impact.
