Now, we’re looking for a Director to lead our Information Technology Recruitment division - someone who’s known in their market, and knows how to build business, teams, and trust at scale.

This is a rare seat at the leadership table.

You’re not just inheriting a desk.

What You’ll Own:

🔑 A hands-on billing leadership role - driving revenue while leading from the front
🏗 The development of a high-impact team - hiring, coaching, and building capability
🏛 Strategic account development - especially across enterprise tech environments
⚡️ A roadmap to scale the practice - your vision, our investment
💬 Influence across The Onset's leadership team, and a voice in shaping how we grow

We’re especially interested if you’ve:

• Grown and led tech recruitment teams (ideally contract-heavy or dual desk models)
• Built out contracting verticals, and know the levers to scale them
• Developed key enterprise accounts (bonus points for Salesforce or Architecture expertise)
