Job Description

Shape the future of drone detection technology while working on cutting-edge AI and ML systems that protect critical infrastructure.

You'll work closely with hardware, software, machine-learning and technical operators, gaining direct mentorship and insight into advanced defence tech. With a clear path to senior-level positions, your career will move forward as fast as the tech you'll be working on.

Enjoy hybrid working with just three mandatory office days each week, giving you flexibility alongside collaboration. You'll also get the chance to earn equity through ESOPs, rewarding you for your long-term contributions.

What you'll do

You'll manage the entire data pipeline, ensuring high-quality sensor detection data and keeping AI/ML models performing at their best. As new drones and sensors are added, you'll handle data annotation, review, and integration, making sure the system stays accurate and reliable.

Half your time will be focused on developing and maintaining in-house tools like simulators and benchmarking systems. This gives you hands-on experience with both data engineering and tool development, broadening your skill set.

You'll continuously update AI and ML models with the latest data from various sensors and environments. You'll also assess new sensor data and firmware upgrades, ensuring the system adapts and improves over time.

What you'll need

Stable experience in data engineering, ideally with a background related to hardware or robotics.

A strong understanding of math and physics, as you'll be working with physics-based simulators and advanced algorithms.

Proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
