As Principal Solution Architect – Dynamics 365, you will lead and deliver projects while guiding a team of consultants. You will remain hands-on from pre-sales to final product delivery, ensuring technical excellence and business impact.
Your role will focus on three key pillars: building a team, utilisation, and pre-sales/sales.
- Design solutions leveraging Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Lead project delivery from pre-sales through delivery
- Create custom plugins, workflow assemblies, and APIs for advanced functionality
- Automate workflows using Power Automate
- Engage with clients to understand their technical and functional needs
Required experience:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (as a Solution Architect)
- Strong pre-sales and client engagement skills, with the ability to shape technical solutions that drive business outcomes
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery
Lead high-impact projects across QLD, including major government and enterprise clients.
