Job Description
Business Analyst opportunity implementing General Insurance software into top tier General Insurance companies.
This role will be key in understanding the business requirements of the clients and then working with the technology team to configure and implement the software to meet these requirements.
This is an end-to-end Business Analyst role including the following:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Process Analysis
- Analyze and map current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Define target state processes and assist in process reengineering where necessary.
- Collaboration with Development & Testing Teams
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Ensure that test cases align with business requirements and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Essential experience:
- 3+ years experience end-to-end Business Analyst including detailed User Stories and Process Maps
- API requirements

Desirable experience:
- Consulting or software vendor experience is highly desirable
