Are you a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and marketing? Ready to lead growth for one of Australia’s most exciting AI-driven platforms that’s reshaping how people discover work?

I’m looking for a self-starting Growth Marketing Lead to help take the platform to the next level. The foundation’s already in place — there’s a strong, scalable paid acquisition engine running. Now, I need someone who can go deeper: think product-led growth, lifecycle loops, organic growth channels, and re-engagement strategies. Someone who thrives on experimentation, lives in the data, and knows how to scale revenue while reducing CAC.

Your Impact

As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving results across:

  • Growth Strategy - develop and execute strategies across acquisition, re-engagement, and revenue growth. Prioritise ruthlessly. Deliver relentlessly.
  • PLG & Experiments - design and run high-impact experiments, optimise funnels, and build viral loops that help our product sell itself.
  • Lifecycle Marketing - re-engage users through smart automation, email/push campaigns, and onboarding optimisations.
  • Organic Growth - unlock untapped channels like SEO, referral programs, and community-led growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting - track, learn, iterate. You’ll own the metrics that matter and be obsessed with testing what works.
  • Performance Marketing - build on an already working engine, but shift the balance toward sustainable, organic channels.

About you:

You’re a curious, data-savvy operator with a proven track record of scaling growth in fast-moving environments. You’re just as comfortable in the weeds of an experiment as you are setting strategy and making high-level calls.

  • Strong background in PLG, lifecycle, or marketplace growth
  • Experience working in startups, marketplaces, or product-first environments
  • Analytical, hands-on, and always up for a new test
