Head of Sales

Build the commercial engine behind one of Australia's fastest-growing consumer technology businesses.

We are partnering with a high-growth consumer technology business entering an exciting new phase of scale. They're looking for a Head of Sales to transform how sales performance is led nationally, building a data-driven, customer-first sales organisation that will underpin the company's next stage of growth.

You'll inherit a successful business with strong momentum, but the opportunity lies in taking it to the next level. You'll lead a national sales function, bringing the team together under one operating model, creating consistency, improving capability and using analytics to optimise every stage of the customer journey.

You'll look beyond sales targets, using commercial data to understand customer behaviour, optimise the buying journey, improve the attachment of finance and value-added products, influence digital product decisions and build a sales function capable of supporting the business's next stage of growth. Working across cross-functionally, you'll influence everything from sales playbooks and CRM journeys to digital conversion, value-added product attachment and the future evolution of the customer experience.

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading high-performing, multi-site sales teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn commercial insights into measurable improvements in sales performance and customer conversion.
  • Experience building sales playbooks, operating rhythms and performance frameworks that enable teams to scale.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations.
  • A passion for developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability, coaching and continuous improvement.
  • A builder's mindset—you enjoy creating, optimising and scaling functions rather than simply maintaining them.
