Job Description

We are partnering with an Australian fintech at a pivotal stage of growth.

The product has been built, conversations are already underway, and they're now looking for their first dedicated enterprise sales hire to help build the commercial function.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll work alongside the founders to secure enterprise customers, shape the go-to-market strategy and play a key role in the next phase of growth.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature territory or established playbook.
It's an opportunity to build one.

What you'll be doing

  • Own new enterprise opportunities from first conversation through to signed partnership.

  • Build relationships with enterprise customers across industries including travel, ticketing, retail and experiences.

  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across commercial, product and finance.

  • Build a pipeline through your network, strategic outbound activity and industry relationships.

  • Bring market and customer insights back into the business to help shape future commercial initiatives.

We'd love to speak with you if you...

  • Have 5+ years' experience selling complex B2B technology within payments, fintech or enterprise SaaS.

  • Have consistently won new enterprise business and enjoy opening doors rather than relying on inbound opportunities.

  • Are confident engaging senior stakeholders across Commercial, Digital, Payments, Finance or Product teams.

  • Have worked in a founder-led, scale-up or high-growth environment and enjoy building as much as selling.

  • Want genuine ownership and the opportunity to influence strategy, not just deliver against a sales target.
