As the business continues to grow, Product is playing an increasingly important role in shaping customer experiences, improving engagement and creating new opportunities across the platform. The team has recently evolved into a lifecycle squad model and is investing in Product Managers who enjoy solving customer problems and driving meaningful outcomes.
About the Role
This is a true Product Manager role with broad ownership across the customer journey, focused on improving how customers onboard, engage, transact and remain connected to the platform over time.
You will join a cross-functional squad and work closely with Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to identify customer pain points, uncover opportunities and shape solutions that improve customer engagement, retention and overall experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Owning and evolving key customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention and transactional experiences
• Leading product discovery through customer research, data analysis and problem validation
• Defining priorities and contributing to roadmap planning based on customer value, business goals and technical considerations
• Partnering closely with Engineering and Design to shape solutions and drive delivery
• Using customer insights, behavioural data and experimentation to improve product performance and outcomes
• Defining success metrics, measuring outcomes and iterating based on feedback and learnings
• Working across multiple problem spaces as the business evolves, bringing flexibility and curiosity to new customer challenges
• Collaborating across Operations, Customer Experience, Finance and Technology to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally scalable
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute across several customer journeys and help shape the future direction of the product as the organisation continues to mature its Product capability.
About You
You are a Product Manager who enjoys balancing customer empathy with commercial thinking and strong execution.
You may bring:
• Experience within SaaS, digital products or technology platforms
• Exposure to customer lifecycle, onboarding, engagement or retention products
• Strong product discovery and prioritisation skills
• Experience working in cross-functional squads alongside Engineering and Design
• A data-informed approach to product decision making
• The ability to thrive in a changing and fast-moving environment
