We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business that's transforming how people access and engage with their product.

As the business continues to scale, they're looking for a Lifecycle CRM Specialist to help build smarter, more sophisticated customer engagement journeys across the entire customer lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of CRM automation, customer communications and lifecycle marketing while playing a key role in an exciting migration from Zoho CRM to Salesforce.

The Opportunity

You'll help transform a largely campaign-led CRM function into a structured, automated customer engagement engine.

Working across acquisition, activation, retention and referral programs, you'll design and build journeys that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology teams to improve customer engagement and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

For someone who enjoys blending data, automation, copywriting and customer psychology, this role offers genuine ownership and long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Audit and optimise the existing CRM environment, identifying opportunities to automate and improve customer journeys
  • Design and build lifecycle programs across Email, SMS and WhatsApp channels
  • Develop nurture, activation, retention and referral campaigns that support customer growth objectives
  • Create audience segments based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage and engagement data
  • Write engaging, customer-centric copy tailored to different audiences and funnel stages
  • Build and maintain responsive HTML email templates
  • Design automated follow-up journeys to address drop-off points and conversion gaps
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour data to drive continuous optimisation
  • Support the migration of CRM journeys and automations from Zoho CRM to Salesforce
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology teams

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering automated lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally including Zoho CRM and/or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing principles
  • Solid HTML/CSS skills for email development and template management
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging across customer segments
  • Experience building and optimising email, SMS and WhatsApp communication journeys
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n or similar tools
  • Experience using analytics platforms, particularly GA4, to measure campaign performance
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment
