Are you the type of Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager who loves taking ownership of a digital product and transforming it into a high-performing growth engine?

We're partnering with a rapidly scaling founder led business that is redefining how people access and engage with their product. With a strong customer focus and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a someone to take ownership of one of their most critical customer acquisition assets: their website.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional backlog-management role.

You'll own the website end-to-end, developing a deep understanding of every process, integration, data flow and customer interaction that powers the platform today. From there, you'll lead its evolution into a seamless, conversion-focused experience that drives qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.

Working within a high-performing Growth team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations and Engineering, while managing an external development partner to deliver meaningful improvements at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and optimise the website as a key customer acquisition channel
  • Audit, document and map existing processes, integrations and dependencies
  • Identify and resolve friction points across customer-facing journeys
  • Lead customer discovery, design sprints and usability testing initiatives
  • Define, prioritise and deliver website enhancements that improve conversion outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to align priorities and drive execution
  • Manage an external development partner and oversee delivery outcomes
  • Design and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate product decisions
  • Leverage analytics and behavioural insights to uncover opportunities across the customer journey
  • Prototype and test new concepts quickly using modern design and AI-enabled tools

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Digital Product Management or Digital Marketing, ideally across customer-facing e-commerce digital products
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements to customer engagement, conversion or growth metrics
  • Experience running design sprints, discovery workshops or usability testing programs
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors or development partners
  • Strong systems thinking and process-mapping capability
  • Experience with GA4 and behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
  • Exposure to Figma, rapid prototyping tools and AI-assisted product workflows is highly regarded
  • A genuinely customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving real user problems
