Lead UX/UI Designer

We're partnering with a leading B2B SaaS company that builds software for architecture and engineering firms. They're making significant investments in AI and are looking for a senior design leader to help shape the future of the product through customer research, rapid prototyping and the design of intelligent user experiences.

About the Job

• Own and lead the end-to-end design function, guiding Product and Engineering teams through discovery, research, prototyping, design execution and delivery.
• Work at the intersection of UX, product strategy and AI innovation.
• Influence product direction through customer insights, experimentation and rapid validation.
• Design intuitive experiences for data-rich workflows and AI-powered features.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and PMs in a highly collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct customer interviews, usability testing and discovery sessions to uncover meaningful insights.
• Use AI-assisted tools and rapid prototyping techniques to validate ideas before development begins.
• Design and refine end-to-end user experiences across complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Help define how AI-powered capabilities are introduced into the product, ensuring trust, transparency and usability.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX Research roles within digital products or SaaS environments.
• Strong experience leading customer research and translating insights into product decisions.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and information-rich experiences.
• Experience using AI-powered design, prototyping, or research tools as part of your workflow.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience working on B2B products, enterprise software, analytics platforms, or workflow-driven applications is highly regarded.
