Operational Systems & AI Associate - Build the Platform

What you’ll do:

• Immerse yourself in portfolio companies to understand their drivers of growth and pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that give leaders visibility into what matters.
• Integrate data from systems like Salesforce, Xero and custom apps into unified sources of truth.
• Develop lightweight process tools and automations that reduce manual work.
• Introduce AI‑enabled workflows and iterate on them to scale across the portfolio.

What you’ll bring:

• Technical fluency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript), APIs, SQL/data structures and dashboarding frameworks.
• Commercial and financial literacy; you can read a P&L, balance sheet and cashflow and translate them into operational insights.
• A builder’s mindset and bias toward action - you enjoy solving practical business problems without waiting for a detailed brief.
• Curiosity about AI and a desire to apply modern tools to real workflows.
• Confidence communicating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and a collaborative, low‑ego style.
