Product Manager – eCommerce Fulfilment
- 12 month contract to start with
Own and transform the eCommerce Fulfilment experience for one of Australia’s largest retail environments, shaping tools and workflows used by frontline teams nationally.
- Join at a critical growth phase with a major transformation roadmap already underway, delivering high-impact capabilities ahead of Christmas 2026.
- Work across Product, Operations, Data, and AI-driven optimisation initiatives to improve fulfilment speed, team productivity, and customer experience at scale.
Lead the future of fulfilment for one of Australia’s most recognised retail brands.
This is not a BAU Product role.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact environment and shape how millions of customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered across a large-scale retail network. You’ll own the roadmap for eCommerce Fulfilment capabilities, partnering closely with store teams, operations, product, and technology to improve speed, efficiency, and team experience at scale.
You’ll be joining at a critical time, with a major transformation agenda already underway and a strong pipeline of initiatives targeted over the next 12 months

What you’ll be doing
- Defining and executing the product roadmap for eCommerce Fulfilment
- Partnering directly with in-store teams to deeply understand operational pain points
- Prioritising and delivering high-impact capabilities across picking, packing, and shipping workflows
- Driving product discovery, experimentation, rollout, adoption, and optimisation
- Using data and insights to improve fulfilment performance and team productivity
- Exploring AI opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and task prioritisation
What we’re looking for
- Product Management experience within eCommerce, retail operations, fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Strong understanding of fulfilment concepts such as pick paths, fulfilment rate, pick/pack workflows, and operational optimisation
- Someone highly hands-on who enjoys spending time with end users in operational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across product, tech, operations, and leadership teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn operational data into actionable outcomes
