Partnering with a global technology company to hire a senior analytics leader sitting at the intersection of:

• Product & Technology Operations
• Data & insights
• AI-enabled transformation
• Strategic decision-making
• Executive stakeholder engagement

The person stepping into this role will help shape how a Product & Technology organisation makes decisions, whether it is bringing together operational, financial, delivery and workforce data to drive clarity, prioritisation and action.

A big part of the role is translating complexity into meaningful insights for senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations.

• Building reporting frameworks and dashboards that genuinely improve decision-making and reduce operational friction

We are looking for someone commercially minded, operationally aware and technically credible. It is someone who can comfortably move between data, systems, strategy and executive conversations.

• Strong SQL and analytics capability, with experience working across large, complex and diverse datasets to generate meaningful business insights
• Proficiency in BI and dashboarding tools (eg. Tableau, Power BI), including the ability to QA, cleanse and transform raw data into clear, actionable reporting
• Commercially minded with strong operational acumen, able to simplify complexity and connect analytics to strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and data storytelling skills, with the confidence to influence both technical and non-technical leaders in senior forums
