What You’ll Do
● Manage production scheduling and supply planning
● Oversee suppliers, inventory, and manufacturing workflows
● Lead a small production team and support technicians
● Improve quality systems, documentation, and processes
● Coordinate with operations to meet customer delivery timelines
● Support hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting when needed

What We’re Looking For
You could come from electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation, advanced manufacturing, or
technical production environments.
You’ll ideally have:
● Experience in manufacturing or production environments
● Strong organisational and supplier management skills
● Exposure to quality systems and process improvement
● A practical, hands-on mindset
● Confidence working around mechanical/electrical assemblies and testing
Bonus points for:
● ISO 9001 experience
● ERP/MRP system exposure
● Hardware or embedded systems experience
● Startup or scaling business experience

Salary
AUD $110k–$140k + super (depending on experience)
