Job Description

This is a customer facing technical role working across Microsoft Secure Workspace environments. You’ll partner with account managers to understand customer needs, run discovery sessions, and design solutions that address security gaps across identity, endpoint, collaboration, and information protection.

A core part of the role is translating those conversations into clear, well-scoped Statements of Work. You’ll be expected to turn around SOWs quickly, with defined scope, deliverables, and assumptions, and support customers through to commitment. You’ll also present solutions, run technical workshops, and deliver proof-of-concepts where needed.

The role covers Microsoft technologies across endpoint management, identity and access, information protection, and collaboration security. This includes platforms like Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview, with a focus on aligning solutions to Zero Trust principles.

You’ll work closely with the existing customer base to identify opportunities, run security health checks, and build roadmaps to improve their security posture over time. Internally, you’ll contribute to reusable solution patterns, support pipeline growth, and stay current across the Microsoft security ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone with experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or senior consulting roles, who is comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders. You should be able to scope work independently, communicate clearly, and operate across both technical design and commercial context.
