Operations Manager | Venture Capital | Sydney

We are partnering with a highly regarded Australian venture capital fund that is investing heavily into industrial and R&D tech. 

They’re looking for an Operations Manager to join their Sydney team and work closely with the founding partners in a high-impact, high-autonomy role.

This position sits at the centre of a lean investment team and will support the day-to-day operations of the fund while helping coordinate key initiatives across the broader startup and investment ecosystem.

The role will involve:
• Partner support and coordination with senior leadership
• Organising investor and ecosystem events
• Supporting fundraising processes and investor communications
• Managing operational processes and internal systems
• Research and project support across the investment team

Ideal background:
• 2–3 years experience in operations, executive support, events or similar roles
• Exposure to startups, venture capital, tech or government environments is a plus
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
