Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing

This is a rare opportunity to step into a global, high-growth digital platform operating at the forefront of the creative, content and AI ecosystem.

With a strong existing foundation, the business is now looking to elevate its affiliate channel into a core growth engine - and that’s where you come in.

You’ll take ownership of a global affiliate and partner marketing program, driving scalable customer acquisition through a sophisticated mix of publishers, creators, influencers and strategic partnerships.

This role offers a genuine blend of strategy and execution, along with direct access to senior leadership and the CEO, giving you the ability to influence direction, not just deliver against it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute a global affiliate and partnerships strategy

• Scale high-value partner acquisition across publishers, creators and strategic channels

• Design innovative commercial models (hybrid commissions, incentives, bespoke deals)

• Build and deepen relationships with top-tier partners globally

• Optimise performance through testing, experimentation and data-led insights

• Partner with analytics, marketing and creative teams to maximise channel impact

• Leverage AI and automation to improve scalability and performance

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success scaling affiliate or partner marketing programs

• Strong understanding of the modern affiliate ecosystem (publishers, creators, influencers)

• Experience structuring performance-based and hybrid commercial models

• High level of commercial acumen and analytical capability

• Exceptional stakeholder and partner management skills

• Experience with platforms such as Impact, Partnerize or CJ

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
