Lead Delivery Manager - Sydney | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a growing technology business looking to hire a Lead Delivery Manager to elevate delivery across the organisation.

This is not a standard Delivery Manager role.

You’ll operate at a senior level — leading programs, influencing delivery leaders, and driving how delivery is executed across teams.

What you’ll do

• Oversee complex, multi-stream programs across enterprise clients
• Lead and influence Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams
• Drive consistency, structure, and high standards across delivery
• Own delivery outcomes end-to-end — including commercial performance
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align delivery with business outcomes
• Identify and improve inefficiencies across teams

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading large, complex delivery environments
• Experience managing or mentoring Delivery Managers
• Strong commercial acumen (budget, forecasting, trade-offs)
• Ability to lead without authority and drive performance across teams
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and clients
• Track record of improving ways of working and lifting delivery standards
