The apps have scaled quickly - two fully native codebases, Swift and Kotlin, powering millions of members. But duplication, complexity, and context switching are slowing velocity. The business knows it’s time to consolidate and future-proof mobile for the next 3-5 years. They need someone to lead that decision.

Your Opportunity
You’ll own the cross-platform conversation: Kotlin Multiplatform? React Native? Double down native? Your credibility and vision will define what mobile looks like at scale for the next several years.

The Engineering Room

• 40 engineers, recently raised the bar with senior hires from top product environments.

• You’ll work directly with a senior leader overseeing AI strategy - practical, human-in-the-loop AI supporting real people in critical moments.

• This is a culture where operational context drives engineering decisions. You’ll see the impact of what you build, not just metrics on a dashboard.

What You’ll Need

• Deep mobile expertise (Android and/or iOS)

• Proven system design and architectural influence

• Exposure to cross-platform strategy (KMP / React Native)
