As Head of Technology you will manage a team of ~circa 30 engineers (software and data) and a small operations team while building the technology backbone of a business on the path to IPO.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-growth, product-led consumer business at a defining moment and shape the platform, team, and strategy that takes it through its next phase of scale.

What you’ll be doing - initially

A major replatforming program is nearing completion. The foundations are there - now the business needs the right leader to:

• Land the migration properly
• Stabilise and optimise the tech stack
• Then evolve the platform for scale

This is a critical transition phase, not a rebuild and not BAU.

• Leading across engineering, data, IT, and systems - as one function, not silos
• Operating at ELT level - your first team is the leadership team
• Translating business strategy into technology outcomes
• Scaling systems and teams for increasing complexity
• Driving disciplined delivery through the final stages of migration
• Introducing automation and AI capabilities across the business
