About you

• Experienced fullstack engineer with solid PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (React) fundamentals.

• Pragmatic and outcome-focused - you understand the “why” behind what you build and balance customer, business, and technical needs.

• Ownership-minded - you define solutions, ship them, and help teammates grow along the way.

• Collaborative and clear communicator - you thrive in cross-functional teams and can translate technical ideas for non-engineers.

• Curious and adaptable - eager to learn new tools, explore better patterns, and contribute to a growing engineering culture.

Bonus: experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, or large-scale e-commerce systems.
