We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join this companies core product team, focusing on delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for their loyal customers. This is a senior individual contributor role, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard customer problems, and can quickly bring clarity and focus to a fast-moving team.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the business, shaping the entire digital experience across web and mobile - from acquisition through to customer account management and beyond. You’ll play a key role in defining, testing, and delivering solutions that create real value for customers while setting the groundwork for the future of their platform.

They are in the final stages of a major architectural rebuild, setting the foundations for faster iteration and feature development in 2026 and beyond. This is a chance to influence both the long-term product direction and immediate customer experience.

While this role is focused on digital, you’ll also work in a uniquely complex environment where the physical and digital worlds intersect — scaling a product that combines real-world operations with a seamless online experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a high-impact product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration

  • Turn big, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, testable opportunities

  • Use data and customer insights to shape decisions and prioritise effectively

  • Partner with design, engineering, and data to experiment rapidly and reduce time to insight

  • Balance short-term execution with laying the foundations for future growth

  • Feed learnings and outcomes back into broader product strategy discussions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager in a high-growth environment, ideally in direct-to-consumer or subscription-based products

  • Proven ability to bring focus and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces

  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with engineering, data, and design

  • Pragmatic, fast-moving, and comfortable making smart trade-offs to protect speed and value delivery

  • Curious about the intersection of physical and digital products and how they work together to create great customer experiences

  • Skilled at solving real customer problems, not just shipping features
