Marketing Analyst – Join a High-Impact Growth Team
Are you a curious, commercially minded Marketing Analyst who loves digging through marketing data to surface actionable insights?
We’re partnering with a leading business in the Financial Services space that’s scaling its marketing performance team from the ground up. This is a newly created role – a chance to help define what great looks like, with plenty of white space to shape the analytics, insights, reporting, strategy, and planning framework to optimise marketing performance across brand, customer, digital, and B2B channels
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the GM of Marketing Performance, you'll be the analytical engine behind the entire marketing function. From channel performance and web traffic to CRM data and campaign ROI, you'll be translating raw numbers into meaningful insight to guide marketing strategy and execution.
You’ll support end-to-end campaign analysis, collaborate closely with the broader data team, and work hand-in-hand with marketers and media partners to bring clarity and direction to a busy, time-poor team.
Think: dashboards, monthly exec reports, CRM performance metrics, GA4 trends, SEO metrics, customer segmentation, and Power BI storytelling.
And while attribution modeling and media mix modelling isn’t a must (yet), there’s room to grow into that if it interests you or you have had some prior experience that is a bonus.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are not looking for an IT or technical engineering/ pure reporting background. We are specifically looking for someone who is a true Marketing Analyst who knows their way around marketing data.
You’re someone who:

Has strong experience in marketing analytics working directly with marketing teams.

Proficient in analytics platforms and visualisation (Google Analytics preferred)

Experience with one of the following; SQL, Python or R for statistical analysis/modelling

Deeply understands web stats, media channels, SEO, CRM performance, and customer behaviour

Can handle ambiguity, lean in, and thrive in a transformative environment

Has a positive, energetic approach – someone who’s not afraid to push back and put their ideas/opinions forward

Wants to build, test, learn and grow
