As the Growth & Sales Coordinator, you’ll power revenue acceleration by streamlining go-to-market operations—leveraging automation, AI tools, and precision CRM hygiene to keep sales engines firing. From creating compelling proposals to enriching prospect lists and coaching teams on HubSpot, your work helps unlock time and value across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Draft, refine, and automate proposals, SoWs, and case studies using GenAI tools

  • Maintain and improve CRM data accuracy—contacts, stages, tasks, and probabilities

  • Curate and enrich prospect lists using LinkedIn, event databases, and market reports

  • Coordinate event tasks and marketing campaigns with the broader marketing squad

  • Update pipeline and margin reports; flag risks and insights for leadership

  • Publish and maintain sales playbooks and documentation on Confluence

  • Identify recurring tasks and implement no-code automations to boost efficiency

  • Coach business units on HubSpot best practices and data hygiene

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of business development or sales ops experience in B2B tech/services

  • Strong written English; skilled in crafting clear, persuasive documents

  • CRM management: HubSpot expertise or similar

  • Prospecting & market research: LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sourcing and enrichment

  • Documentation & reporting: Advanced skills in Google Sheets for analysis and dashboards

  • Visual content & proposals: Experience using Canva to enhance sales materials

  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and no-code platforms like Zapier or Make

  • Detail-oriented with high data integrity and CRM discipline

  • Curious and bold—eager to test new tools, optimise workflows, and improve playbooks

  • Bonus: Exposure to pricing models for professional services or light scripting (e.g., Python or VBA)
