Senior Project Manager opportunity to lead transformative, end-to-end Salesforce projects across industries such as FMCG, eCommerce, and
Financial Services.

In this role, from discovery through to deployment, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure exceptional delivery outcomes.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Build project implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget with agility
  • Lead client communications and stakeholder engagement, ensuring satisfaction
  • Develop and lead high-performing, motivated project teams
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and project management practices

Essential experience:
  • 5+ years of end-to-end software implementation Project Management
  • MUST HAVE 1+ year CRM implementations ideally Salesforce
  • Both Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Desirable experience: 
  • Consulting or software vendor experience is highly desirable
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or Scrum Master
