You’ll be the driving force behind integrated marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C, working closely with internal stakeholders and leading a small but passionate team - including a Content Marketer and a Marketing Intern. If you love building campaigns from scratch, refining messaging for key audiences, and thrive in fast-moving environments where no two days are the same—this could be your dream role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and execute the full marketing strategy - from ideation to execution across brand, campaigns, content, social, email and engagement.
  • Bring the voice of the brand to life across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity across messaging.
  • Work across B2C and B2B audiences to craft tailored campaigns that drive both awareness and action.
  • Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality content
  • Roll out multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth and brand impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success to align marketing with the broader customer journey.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven marketer who has owned campaigns end-to-end and thrives on doing, not just directing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment (or the mindset to operate like you’re in one).
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills - you’re someone who can find the human thread in any message.
  • Ability to pivot quickly, roll up your sleeves, and get things done with limited resources.
  • A strategic thinker who understands brand and growth go hand-in-hand.
