Delivery Manager opportunity at a leading General Insurance Software vendor in Sydney CBD. 
 
Due to increasing client base and demand, this company is expanding and needs to build its Delivery Manager team. 
 
This company is well-known for its collaborative, professional, and down-to-earth team culture. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Delivery Manager
    • End-to-end delivery of platform implementations (both hands-on delivery management and delegation to delivery team members) and
    • Contributing to the practices used in all deliveries
  • Client Facing Software Vendor, Consulting or System Integrator
    • Accountability for delivery success and ownership of the customer and ownership (commercial and otherwise) of the financial and non-financial outcomes of projects and BAU implemented
  • Leadership 
    • Manage project team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
    • Management also includes the wellbeing, mentoring and performance monitoring of project team members.

Essential experience:
  • 5+ years of end-to-end software implementation Project Management
  • MUST HAVE Client Facing Software Vendor, Consulting or System Integrator
  • Both Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Desirable experience: 
  • General Insurance
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or Scrum Master
